We have been working hard the last few months on our new online payment system. This new system allows us to securely accept and process credit cards as payment, something we have not been able to do previously. We are proud to announce that our secure payment site is up and running!
For security, our system will only accept payments for Invoices that have a balance due. This is to make sure that the only way credit cards can be processed is to have a connected record of services rendered to you, our customer.
We have also implemented extra identity verification steps to insure that you are who you say you are. This includes Billing Address Verification, CVV Verification, and our system can detect if your card has been charged recently to make sure we do not accidentally charge you multiple times.
As an added level of security, our system can detect if it is being abused. If a card fails to authorize, details about the transaction (except the card number, CVV, and Zip Code) are logged. Our system will also detect and block a single credit card number from being used multiple times within a given time period. Again, This is to detect abuse of the system and your card.
Of course, our system is Secured with a 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate to prevent others from seeing your personal information travel across the internet. Our payment system is PCI Compliant, and your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Our system was also set up after HeartBleed was first announced, so our system was never at risk.
All transactions will appear on your bank statement as VisuTech Solutions, not some obscure 3rd party, taking the guesswork out of your credit card statement.
