At VisuTech Solutions, the safety of our employees, our customers, and our families is very important. During this Coronavirus pandemic, we are taking extra precautions for our in-person services, including up to suspending our in-person services.
VisuTech Solutions is following local and state guidelines for service providers, and have developed 4 stages of service to follow along with the State of California's Blueprint for a Safer Economy, as it applies to Placer County and the Greater Sacramento Region.
Widespread/Purple Status:
- Remote Support services will be available by appointment as normal.
- All on-site services will be suspended while we are in the Widespread/Purple status.
Substantial/Red Status:
- Remote Support services will be available by appointment as normal.
- All on-site services will be suspended while we are in the Substantial/Red status.
Moderate/Orange Status:
- Remote Support services will be available by appointment as normal.
- All on-site services will resume as normal, with the following precautions:
- VisuTech Staff will wear protective gloves, disposable facemasks, and disposable shoe covers while inside a customer's building.
- We recommend all members of the household also wear protective face coverings while within 15 feet of VisuTech employees.
Minimal/Yellow Status:
- Remote Support services will be available by appointment as normal.
- All on-site services will resume as normal, with the following precautions:
- VisuTech Staff will wear protective gloves, disposable facemasks, and disposable shoe covers while inside a customer's building.
- We recommend all members of the household also wear protective face coverings while within 15 feet of VisuTech employees.
