Dear VisuTech Solutions Customers,

You may already be aware, but at the close of 2022, I made a rather tough choice to scale down part of my business, specifically, discontinuing in-home technical support. The reasons were simple: my family was growing, and my free time was increasingly limited. This affected my ability to respond to my valuable customers in the prompt manner that I believe you deserve. It was a tough call, but I decided it would be better to not offer a service than to provide one that doesn't meet your expectations.

 

We didn't fully close, however. For the past four years the other side of VisuTech has grown, offering installed technology consulting and support to businesses in the area. Our focus has been on helping houses of worship spread their message and reach more members of their communities by adding online services to their programs or upgrading and troubleshooting existing technology. This has been a rewarding experience and something I will continue to offer.

 

I have also spent the last couple years looking back at how VisuTech had grown since I started in 2010. VisuTech is a side business to my day-to-day job in the event production industry, and as such our growth was thanks to one thing: your word of mouth!  We don't advertise or seek out business. Your referrals kept me busy enough, and for that I am eternally thankful!

 

So, I have some great news to share!  We are once again offering in-home technical support!  I have been busy reorganizing some processes, rewriting our ticketing and invoicing software and a little restructuring, some of which are highlighted below.

 

Starting out, at least, our focus will be on assisting our past customers like you who have trusted us as your technical support provider for years. I won't be accepting referrals just yet.
